CALCIUM SULPHATE PANEL WITH INTEGRATED RADIANT HEATING SYSTEM

Radiant Module composed of:

Core: made of inert mineral material consisting of a single-layer mixture of calcium sulfate and cellulose fibers with very high density (1,500 kg/m³).

Edge: anti-squeak plastic edge, 0.8 mm thick.

Bottom surface: unfinished.

Top surface: porcelain stoneware, natural stone, engineered stone, parquet, vinyl, or linoleum finish.

Panel module sizes: 60×60 cm, 60×120 cm.

Radiant module: made of thermally insulated polystyrene, size 570×570×35 mm, featuring special channels for housing the fluid conduits and a thermal diffusion plate.

The radiant modules thus obtained are ready to be installed using standard raised floor installation techniques, maintaining full accessibility of the plenum, and can be interconnected through special quick-connect fittings.

Base: made of galvanized steel, 1.5 mm thick and 90 mm in diameter (radius 45 mm), featuring 4 stiffening ribs designed to improve adhesive injection. Square-shaped to ensure optimal installation near perimeter containment elements.

Head: made of cold-stamped steel, 2.6 mm thick and 80 mm in diameter, with 4 arms for housing the stringers.
The 4 stringer housing arms have been designed by Newfloor to ensure a perfect snap-on connection, eliminating the need for fixing screws and preventing axial rotation of the stringer.

Threaded rod: M16 threaded rod obtained by cold forming and rolling. External thread diameter tolerance: ±0.05 mm.

Tube: square-section, high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel tube (18.5×18.5×1.2 mm), available in different heights, equipped with an adjustment nut positioned on the threaded rod.

Self-centering structure composed of:

Base: galvanized steel with welded vertical support tube.

Head: galvanized steel with threaded tie rod and micrometric adjustment nut for fine leveling of the finished floor height.

Gasket: self-centering gasket positioned on the top of the column head, equipped with conical pins to ensure secure connection and locking between the structure and the panel.

Installation instructions (best practice):

  • Anchor the base of the foot to the slab using a single-component polyurethane adhesive (approx. 11 ml).

  • Position the gasket on the top of the foot.

  • Lay the panels by fitting the conical pins of the self-centering gasket into the conical holes present on the underside of the panels.

The assembled floor elements ensure the integrity and monolithic behavior of the raised access floor system throughout its service life.
