We are excited to share our latest news with you. The Raised Access Floor Virtual Museum is now open and ready to immerse you in a journey through history and innovation. This extraordinary creation is the result of the collaboration between our company, a leader in the production of raised access and loose-lay floor solutions, and Sinfonialab, the communication agency that supported us in this ambitious project.
Inside the museum, we invite you to discover the evolution of raised floors, from ancient Rome to the present. However, a crucial moment in the historical narrative is represented by the figure of Umberto Matterazzo, our visionary founder who, with over 40 years of experience, has guided Newfloor in producing and studying innovative high-quality raised floors. The Piovese district (Padua’s suburb), in the heart of the Veneto region, was the place where our company was born and developed, thanks to Umberto’s inspiration, dedication and commitment.
The tour inside the Museum will take place through the key eras, starting with the pioneering applications of the ‘50s and ‘60s in computer centres and telephone exchanges, up to the innovative and customizable solutions of the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s. During these years, Newfloor continued to lead research and development in the sector, contributing to the evolution of raised floors both in Italy and abroad.
However, that’s not all. The future is already here and our Museum demonstrates it, in fact the final section focuses on the importance of environmental sustainability, a fundamental value for Newfloor. Recycled materials and eco-friendly design are the core of our solutions, demonstrating how innovation can be accompanied by greater environmental responsibility.
Therefore, we are delighted to invite you to explore our Raised Floor Museum. Immerse yourself in the history, innovation and passion that drives our company.
Join us on this trip of discovery and inspiration!
