Newfloor carried out the supply and installation of a raised radiant flooring system made with G30H0F calcium sulphate panels, 30 mm thick, with a primed bare underside. The upper finish was executed in Saime porcelain stoneware, Materia series, natural finish, in the colour variants Mattone and Calce.
The system included the application of the radiant module on 168 Mattone coloured panels and 86 Calce coloured panels, installed on an S-Lock System structure, ensuring high performance in terms of thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and installation speed.
The renovation work improved the usability conditions of the oratory, while fully respecting the historical and architectural value of the site, demonstrating the effectiveness of Newfloor solutions also in restoration and redevelopment contexts.
The existing protected flooring subject to heritage restrictions, made of Verona red marble and Asiago Biancone marble was preserved, at the same time, the original architectural layout of the existing floor was replicated using porcelain stoneware, which recalls the original colours, while also solving the heating requirements of the space.
